Dental Associate
Full-time Associate
springhill, nova scotia
Job #D111
We have an amazing new opportunity for someone looking to live in idyllic Nova Scotia and take over a longstanding and lucrative practice!
Our client in Springhill is urgently seeking an experienced associate for their very busy and well established practice. Located in the beautiful Cobequid Hills of NS, Springhill’s central location and affordable housing market make it a great place to create the ideal work/life balance. It’s only 30 minutes by car to the coast in any direction, 45 minutes to Moncton, NB and less than 2 hours to the capital city of Halifax. If you love hiking, mountain biking, golfing, fishing and canoeing this is a wonderful place for you!
This lucrative practice is the only dental office in the community and has been serving the Springhill community for over 20 years. The clinic has 3 operatories (one for hygiene) and an excellent support staff consisting of 1 FT receptionist, 1 DA and 1 Hygienist (currently 3 days/week with the potential for more when the associate is hired).
Due to the fact this is the only dental office in Springhill, it is a very busy practice and it can become even busier with the right candidate. They will be happy to promote a new full time dentist in the area and there is potential to purchase the office in the future!
The Schedule: Currently 4 days/week, 9am – 5pm. (Potential to gradually open 5 days/week with the right Dr.)
The Opportunity:
- Remuneration – 50% of collections
