We have an exciting new opportunity for a FT Canadian Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist at a well-established clinic in the city of Mount Pearl, NFLD. This modern and tech-savvy practice was recently crowned the Consumers Choice winner for best Dental Clinic in St. John’s (2023) and offers a stable, family-friendly working atmosphere. Their Pediatric practice is part of the larger general practice group with one full-time pediatric dentist who is ready to mentor the right candidate. 

Mount Pearl is located a mere 12 minutes from the St. John’s harbour and only 15 minutes from the St. John’s International Airport. It’s known as a city within a park with over 60km of forested walking trails, a multitude of parks, and the beautiful Waterford River that runs throughout. Despite the natural surroundings, Mount Pearl has a very urban environment, possessing all the services and amenities you will need.   

They are seeking a Canadian Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist who:

• Plays a leadership role by living their core values and acting as role model for the team
• Puts both their head and heart into their work and patient care
• Has strong communication skills and is able to work through challenges
• Keeps a positive attitude and is willing to do what it takes to make it work
• Practices high standards of care

Schedule:  Full time – 5 days per week. Dentist must be available to work one evening per week. NO WEEKENDS

The Opportunity:

• 45% commission with an estimated pay range of $254,000-$320,00 annually
• This is a well-established dental practice with a very strong patient base — you will be busy from day one.
• Mentorship is available – new grads are welcome to apply!

About You:

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program 
• Registered, licensed and in good standing with the Newfoundland & Labrador Dental Board
• Valid CPR certification

• Nitrous oxide certification is an asset, but not a requirement.
